We recently moved to Munich and yesterday I opened an account at the bank. I had to open account, exchange currency, and make a transfer. The bank advisor who worked with me was Ms. Mona Mohrherr and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and how helpful she was to me. She was very knowledgeable and very patient. She offered alternative options and discussed pros and cons of each. She was able to answer all questions that I had. Overall an outstanding experience. Thank you.
