„Dear Everyone, Deutsche Bank Team, Myself is Tridib Routh, I am a Deutsche Bank customer form July-2016 and continuing with it, and will continue in future as well, without any doubt. The reason for saying this, is the support I got from everyone from the Deutsche Bank. Today, I would like to take the time and opportunity to convey my sincere THANKS & GRATITUDE to one of your Deutsche Bank employee, "Mr. Daniel Rene Plonka". Somewhere 6 months back, I approached Deutsche Bank for a house loan and fortunately I got connected to Mr. Plonka. It has been a long process from day one, starting form selecting a property, doing official processes, negotiations, agreements, money transfer and finally concluding the deal when I got the keys on 23rd-May-2020. Mr. Plonka has been an OUTSTANDING SUPPORT and a HELPING HAND, he realized that been an expatriate its very difficult for me to take care of the things alone, HE DID ALL ON MY BEHALF and made sure that everything is taken care of and as required. Today I have an apartment of my own, and that to very easily and completing all processes so smoothly is ONLY because of Mr. Plonka, the credit goes to him. In addition to the above, he went EXTRA MILES and recommended the best, when it comes to guiding me, helping me with insurance and securing my future in every aspect. I can hardly recall that I had received a very few support and help like this in so far, he has been EXCEPTIONAL, OUTSTANDING and to be honest EXCEEDED my EXPECTATIONS with his service and also at the same time been very PROFESSIONAL.
