After the interest EZB increase is before the increase…..
That was written today in a Spiegel article. However, also the EZB stated we have underestimated the inflation. Statements from economy, econmists out of banks and other professionals are:
- Further increases are necessary against the current and –potentially- further increasing inflation
This is not good
- ⚠️ for the economy, especially in times where banks are reluctant with the extension of credits and economy is running into a recessionThis
- ⚠️for the state, which also have to pay for the debts higher interest (or doesn’t it matter since they are over indebted?)
- ⚠️for real estate investors
- ⚠️for people who want to realize their dream house.
✅ However, fact is, if you are planning a real estate project, which is affordable for you, go ahead.
