„We had a complicated case of re-financing a current mortgage at the 10 year expiry date, selling an apartment, along with the purchase of a new house that required a zwischenkredit, all within a very very short time period in the middle of a Corona lockdown period at the end of 2020. At first to us it didn't seem like things were possible to buy our dream house and sell an apartment at the same time during a lockdown.
