„I wanted to open a bank account for private use. The consultant was really nice and he didn't put any stress or pressure with the communication. I can speak German as well but I told him I prefer English, so he was really good at explaining everything in English. It was my first week day, but the consultant was really very supportive and easy to communicate with. He explained lots of details, encouraged me to ask questions so I can have even better understanding and answered my questions promptly. Thank you for having such professionals!”
