On top of that some bank even asked for 20% downpayment along with a PR for Germany. Then corona happened and the situation deteriorated even more. But then Dimitri secured a loan for me that covers 90% of the total cost along with NO PR. And the cherry on the top was 0.85% interest rate which is even less than what KfW was giving. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me. Not to mention, all the formalities were done when I was on parental leave and outside Germany! He answered all my queries promptly and dealt with the bank, without me ever had to speak to the bank at all.”
