„First of all I am a British National who used to live and work in Munich. Although my German is passable from a tourist / visitor point of view it is far from being perfect. Ronny was the first point of contact when I opened an account. Since then he has provided both me and my family and excellent point of contact and exceeded his customer service to us. Recently we left Germany and kept our account open with the view to returning one day. I now work in a Middle Eastern Country and telecommunications access is sometimes hard. During this time I lost access to my account. Ronny has remained a stalwart and provided above and beyond assistance in regaining access to our account. He is a credit to his profession. The usual customer service access was very arduous and did not resolve my issues. Well done Ronny.”
